At present, the biological treatment of high-concentration sewage is the first anaerobic UASB anaerobic sludge reactor, referred to as UASB anaerobic reactor, which accounts for 2/3 of the world's anaerobic reactors.

The main part of the UASB anaerobic sludge reactor developed by Shandong Tianlang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. can be divided into two areas: reaction zone and three-phase separation zone. In the lower part of the reactor, an anaerobic sludge bed formed of granular sludge having good precipitation performance. When the wastewater enters the reactor from the bottom of the reactor, a good natural agitation is formed due to the water rising and generating a large amount of gas. The suspension continuously enters the separation zone, and the gas first enters the plenum of the three-phase separator and is separated, and then the sludge in the sewage settles and returns to the reaction zone.

Uasb reactor features

1. The granular sludge with good settlement is formed in the reactor, which can reach 40~60kg/m3, so the treatment load is high and the capital construction investment is saved.

2. Forming a good natural agitation by the uniform distribution of gas and water.

A well-designed three-phase separator keeps the sludge with good sedimentation properties in the reactor. There is no filler in the reactor, which saves investment and makes full use of the volume.

The function of the UASB internal three-phase separator is to separate the gas (biogas), liquid (sewage) and solid (sludge), and the biogas is discharged into the biogas system. After the treatment, the sewage is discharged into the reactor, and the sludge is returned to the inside of the equipment. Therefore, its role is very important, the advantages and disadvantages of the three-phase separator is directly related to the operating effect of the UASB. Since the UASB does not have a circulating agitation device inside, the flow state must be controlled evenly to avoid short circuits and dead ends. The water distributor is used in the project to achieve this purpose.
