I. The technical principle:


After the sludge is added with coagulant, it is thoroughly mixed into the feed distributor of the concentration section, and the sludge is evenly distributed on the inclined concentrated section, and under the action of the double guide and gravity of the mud, the sludge follows With the movement of the filter cloth, the free water of the sludge is quickly removed. After the gravity dewatering, the concentrated sludge reversing mechanism transports the sludge to the gravity dewatering section of the belt filter press for further dehydration. Then, the "S"-shaped press section is fed. In the "S"-shaped press section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower layers of the filter cloth, and is repeatedly pressed by a plurality of different diameter rolls to promote the dewatering of the mud cake again. The mud cake is scraped off by a scraper, and the upper and lower mesh belts are automatically cleaned continuously during operation.



The TLYL type sludge belt filter press is divided into three steps for filtration and dehydration:


1. Gravity dewatering zone


After the sludge is pumped into the sludge agitation tank and mixed with the polymer aggregating agent (Polymer), the fine suspended particles in the sludge are bridged by the polymer agglutinating agent to form a rubber feather (Floc). The particles are then gravity-flowed from the upper end of the agitation tank into the automatic distribution device of the dewatering machine, so that the glue feather sludge is evenly distributed on the filter cloth of the gravity dewatering zone.


The function of the gravity concentration dehydration zone is to allow most of the free water of the rubber feather sludge to be discharged by gravity through the mesh of the filter cloth to increase the slurry concentration, so that the sludge feather property tends to be stable, which is favorable for the subsequent press dewatering operation.


2. Pressure dehydration zone


After the sludge enters the pressure dewatering zone from the gravity dewatering zone, the upper and lower filter cloths begin to gradually pressurize the sludge to dewater.


3. Pressurized dewatering zone


The sludge moves into the pressurized dewatering zone with the filter cloth. Between the six vertical rollers, the diameter of the roller is larger and smaller, and the pressure is increased from a small and gradually increasing configuration. The shearing force is generated on the sludge by changing the upper and lower positions of the filter cloth, and the capillary-bound water in the gelled sludge is squeezed out to produce a relatively dry sludge cake.
