I. Overview:

II. the TLYL belt filter press is divided into three steps for filtration and dehydration:


1. Gravity dewatering zone


After the sludge is pumped into the sludge agitation tank and mixed with the polymer aggregating agent (Polymer), the fine suspended particles in the sludge are bridged by the polymer agglutinating agent to form a rubber feather (Floc). The particles are then gravity-flowed from the upper end of the agitation tank into the automatic distribution device of the dewatering machine, so that the glue feather sludge is evenly distributed on the filter cloth of the gravity dewatering zone.


The function of the gravity concentration dehydration zone is to allow most of the free water of the rubber feather sludge to be discharged by gravity through the mesh of the filter cloth to increase the slurry concentration, so that the sludge feather property tends to be stable, which is favorable for the subsequent press dewatering operation.


2. Pressure dehydration zone


After the sludge enters the pressure dewatering zone from the gravity dewatering zone, the upper and lower filter cloths begin to gradually pressurize the sludge to dewater.


3. Pressurized dewatering zone


The sludge moves into the pressurized dewatering zone with the filter cloth. Between the six vertical rollers, the diameter of the roller is larger and smaller, and the pressure is increased from a small and gradually increasing configuration. The shearing force is generated on the sludge by changing the upper and lower positions of the filter cloth, and the capillary-bound water in the gelled sludge is squeezed out to produce a relatively dry sludge cake.


III, the characteristics:


The tension of the filter belt is achieved by the inflated cylinder, maintaining a constant tension across the filter belt. At the same time, the tension will not be changed due to the change of the feed amount, which is convenient for operation and management. The filter press has an air pressure control system that automatically detects the position of the filter belt on the pressure roller and automatically corrects the deviation. The wide filter belt filter press is also equipped with an automatic sludge feed unit to ensure that the sludge enters the filter belt evenly, thus increasing the filtration efficiency and extending the life of the filter belt.
